I had a great stay at this hotel! The location was absolutely stunning, right on the beach of Halong Bay. I couldn't get enough of the breathtaking views from my room. The service here was top-notch, with friendly staff who went out of their way to make me feel welcome, despite the language barrier. The room amenities were fantastic, with a cozy sitting area where I could relax and enjoy the view. I also appreciated the complimentary toiletries and the convenient electric kettle. Additionally, having an in-room computer and an AM/FM alarm clock was a nice touch. The flat-screen TV provided entertainment, while the dining options were superb. I had a wonderful experience here!
To sum it up, I would highly recommend this hotel to my family.

we really enjoyed the nice view. room was very big and that was excellent. the location was not far from everything we wanted to do. convenient access to royal villas that was just 1 mile away.

Our room looked out at Halong Bay which was a plus. It is near to the airport. Super base for your vacations in Ha Long. We used free parking onsite.
The location was poor. Breakfast very limited.

The hotel had great views of the surrounding area, which made for a pleasant stay. The breakfast served in the morning was nice and offered a variety of options. The location of the hotel was also a major advantage, as it was conveniently located in the center of town and close to the market.
There were some aspects of my stay that were not as enjoyable. The hotel was in need of some renovations, particularly the pool and its surroundings.

The hotel has a great location and quick access to the main attractions around. the staff was helpful and welcoming, making me feel at home. the room was spacious and clean, with modern furniture and amenities. the hotel offers an enjoyable and delicious breakfast, and the swimming pool is perfect to relax.
That the hotel staff had difficulty communicating in English, so sometimes it was hard to understand each other. the room was a bit noisy, especially during the night, which made it challenging to sleep.
